Greeny, the legendary Les Paul Standard with a mysterious backstory, remains one of the most renowned guitars. Its distinct sound is synonymous with the guitar itself and was famously owned by Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac, then Gary Moore of Thin Lizzy and as a solo artist, before being acquired by Kirk Hammett. This guitar holds a rich legacy, having been played by three iconic musicians.

The magnetic polarity of the neck pickup being reversed in the out-of-phase middle switch position contributes to its unique sound. Epiphone has partnered with Gibson Custom Shop to create the Kirk Hammett "Greeny" Les Paul Standard, a remarkable guitar inspired by Kirk's iconic original, providing musicians worldwide the chance to discover the enchantment of "Greeny" firsthand.

This guitar boasts top-of-the-line elements such as Gibson USA Greenybucker pickups, complete with reverse mounted neck pickup and reverse polarity magnet. In addition, it comes equipped with a Switchcraft pickup selector and 1/4" output jack, CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, and Grover Rotomatic tuners featuring spade-style buttons on a classic "open book" Gibson-style headstock. Included is a vintage-inspired brown and pink hardshell case for extra protection.
